HIRE OF CHURCH PREMISES

Thank you for your interest in hiring out the church buildings. Oasis Christian Fellowship does hire out its premises as part of its service to the local community. There are some limitations however, as to the purposes for which the buildings may be used. For example, we do not hire out the buildings for:
We therefore make it a requirement that individuals or organisations making an application for the use of the church premises will be asked to declare the purposes for which the premises will be used. In summary, we welcome the use of the buildings for community purposes so long as the activities do not conflict with the values and beliefs of the church. The buildings are well kept and offer good facilities but naturally, there are some restrictions due to church use and due to the size of the rooms available. Please see photos of the various rooms for hire below & on other pages under hire. The full hiring conditions are available from the church office. Please ask for details. Our main hall will not be available on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. Children's parties must finish by 8.00 p.m. (out of respect for our neighbours). Use of the kitchen for food preparation, requires a separate hire agreement. This is available from the church office. From 1 October to 31 March, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required. Otherwise, a cancellation charge of 25% of the normal charge will be incurred to cover heating costs. Banners and other advertising are only allowed on the day of the event. TRANSPORT
