House Groups

What are house groups?

As well as meeting on Sundays to worship, most members of the church meet mid-week in order to study the Bible together, to have fellowship and to socialise. There are different groups in the church and these meet on the second and fourth Tuesday each month. We have one afternoon group and three which meet in the evenings. These are all held in members' homes.

On the first Tuesday of the month the groups meet together at Oasis. We share a short Bible meditation together, worship and have communion. This begins at 7.45pm and finishes at 9.00 p.m.

We also run a basic discipleship course for new Christians, especially for those who have completed Alpha or a similar programme. This meets about twice a month on Wednesday evenings.
