Helping Hands Project - 2010 In July 2010 we spent a week working with Holland Road Baptist Church in running various social action projects throughout our community. These pictures show volunteers hard at work gardening and painting and decorating. We were able to help people who needed it, which was the purpose of the project. We had Christians working together from Hove, Wales and amazingly, Brazil! Some can be seen painting the Knoll Pavilion Cafe, ably supported with cups of tea by Elaine Batchelor. We hope to run the project again in the future... so watch this space for more information! |
